Returns Policy

Product purchased from this store may be returned within 7 days from when the order is received. The items must be unopened and in original condition and packaging otherwise it'll be returned at buyers expense.

To complete your return:

Please email us first for approval and will provide an authorisation number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing items (if applicable)

If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item.

We will notify you by email or Phone once you have been refunded. Send us an email to info@glossmann.com.au and send item using Australia Post to the address below (return authorisation number required).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


We  recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items if you have not followed this process.
